Notes and sources
The journal leaves out the reputation. The wiki's page for the vendor says 'Only tauren can buy from Harb by default; other characters must be exalted with Thunder Bluff', and his gossip says the same; not confirmed in the game.
Whether a Highmountain tauren counts as a tauren for him was not established: the wiki lists Highmountain tauren under the Thunder Bluff faction but says nothing about the vendor, and no Wowhead comment speaks of it.
The mount is account-wide once learned, so any tauren on the account can buy it. He sells the Great Gray and Great White Kodos at 10 gold and three plain kodos at 1 gold.
He is in Bloodhoof Village, not in Thunder Bluff. Coordinates are Wowhead's (47.4-47.6, 58.0-58.2, and a 2025 comment gives 47.62, 57.98); the wiki has 47.5, 58.6, which the Great White Kodo uses, a few steps away.
The wiki has this mount at level 17 since patch 9.0.1; Wowhead's vendor data shows level 10.
The time given for the reputation differs between this guide's racial mounts (3 to 6 hours); they are all estimates of the same thing, a few hours of dungeons in the city's tabard.
Guide: Wowhead's is a user-submitted list (updated 2024) of every racial mount with its vendor and the rule that they are bought 'by being Exalted with their respective faction, or by being the race it's part of'. It names this mount and this vendor but does not say how the reputation is earned.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
