He stands in a mine, and which one depends on who holds the zone: Drywhisker Mine by Ar'gorok in the north-west (33.0, 37.5; entrance at 33.4, 36.9) while the Alliance does, Galson's Lode by Stromgarde (27.5, 55.9) while the Horde does.

Notes and sources
Either faction can loot Krix. The place given is his spot under Alliance control; the two mines are about 470 yards apart. About 15 kills are expected at 6.64%.
The lockout is not a calendar week: each character can loot Krix once per warfront control period, and that resets when Arathi changes hands (Wowhead comments, conquestcapped). How long a period lasts now was not established:
- a 2024 Wowhead comment treats it as weekly
- guides say anything from three days to two weeks
- one 2026 wow.gg guide says daily, against the rest
Whether the Warfronts feature itself has to be unlocked was not established.
