Notes and sources
Skullripper patrols: the place given is the middle of Wowhead's twelve recorded points (56.2-57.6, 43.4-46.6). Waypoints in Wowhead's comments are 57.15, 45.75; conquestcapped and wow.gg have 56.6, 44.5. She is hostile to both factions and level 52. The wiki also places her inside the Battle for Stromgarde warfront itself, south of the Circle of Elements; whether she drops the mount there was not looked up.
The lockout is not a calendar week: a character can loot her once per warfront control period, and that resets when Arathi changes hands (Wowhead's best-rated comment, 2018: 'After each warfront faction control switch cycle'; conquestcapped, 2026). How long a period lasts now was not established: conquestcapped says three to seven days, or more than a week on quiet realms.
The wow.gg guide (updated 2026) says the opposite, that she comes back every 5 to 10 minutes and can be tried again and again in one session. It stands alone against the other sources and is not linked as a guide. The 5 to 10 minutes may well be her respawn, which conquestcapped also gives, but both it and Wowhead's comments tie the loot to the warfront cycle.
Conquestcapped adds that she is only up while the zone's rares and world quests are active, whichever faction holds Arathi, and that either faction can reach her then; no second source was found for that.
About 16 kills are expected at 6.22%; comments report it after 92 kills (2020) and after about 30 (2022). A 2025 comment says the Heart of Azeroth is not needed for the drop.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
