Notes and sources

Coordinates are Wowhead's (its tooltip, and 67.48, 60.58 in comments); conquestcapped has 67.9, 60.9. The wiki gives a respawn of 5 to 8 hours, on a page that also covers the old-world Nimar.

The lockout is not a calendar week: a character can loot Nimar once per warfront control period, and that resets when Arathi changes hands (Wowhead's best-rated comment, 2018; a 2022 comment and conquestcapped say the same). How long a period lasts now was not established: conquestcapped (2026) says anything from three days to over a week.

Sources disagree on whether the side that does not hold Arathi gets loot: a 2022 Wowhead comment says the opposite faction gets nothing from warfront rares, while conquestcapped says Nimar is there and can be looted whoever holds the zone, as a 2018 comment did.

About 18 kills are expected at 5.56%; the 2022 commenter needed 63. The 2022 comment also says trial accounts get no drop.

This guide asks for the Heart of Azeroth for the Lil' Donkey (Overseer Krix) on the strength of one 2021 comment. A 2024 reply on this mount's page reports warfront rare mounts dropping for a character without the Heart of Azeroth or any Battle for Azeroth world quests, so it is left out here.

Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
