Reward of the account-wide achievement Two Sides to Every Tale: finish the Battle for Azeroth story on both sides. It asks for four achievements: A Nation United (the Alliance's Kul Tiras storylines) and Zandalar Forever! (the Horde's Zandalar storylines), and each faction's Tides of Vengeance, the patch 8.1 part of its War Campaign, which opens only after Ready for War. So an Alliance and a Horde character each play their half; the Alliance gets this mount and the Horde the Bloodflank Charger.

Notes and sources
The achievement (13517) has four parts, its progress is account-wide, and this mount is its reward (Wowhead's tooltip, the wiki). A 2019 Wowhead comment on the item gives the same four: A Nation United and Tides of Vengeance for the Alliance, Zandalar Forever! and Tides of Vengeance for the Horde. The chapter lists inside each part are those given for the Horde's twin, the Bloodflank Charger, from the wiki.
Because all of it is account-wide, whatever an account finished during Battle for Azeroth still counts and only the missing halves are left; a player who did one faction has about half of this to do. wow.gg's guide for this mount (2026) says it arrives by mail on an Alliance character once the achievement is done.
The War Campaign chapters used to be gated behind reputation with the 7th Legion or The Honorbound. The wiki describes those gates as in force before patch 8.2.5 (as given for the Bloodflank Charger); wow.gg's guide still says some chapters may ask for more reputation, to be raised with the world quests around Boralus or Dazar'alor. Which holds today was not established.
The same guide reckons 10-15 hours for each faction at a measured pace and warns the whole may spread over 2-4 weeks because some patch 8.1 steps were tied to weekly resets; no other source read says the resets still apply. The hours here are the least certain figures: no source times any of the four parts, and they suppose a character strong enough to walk through the quests. The 120 minutes on the spot are one sitting of questing, an estimate.
The place given above is the Alliance's War Campaign ship, a hub and not a place where the mount is handed over; its coordinates are the middle of Wowhead's tooltip positions for Halford Wyrmbane on the Boralus map (69.2-69.6, 26.2-27.0).
Not established: the lowest level at which the War Campaign can be started today (wow.gg says the story opens at level 10 and recommends a far higher one), and whether Tides of Vengeance needs anything besides Ready for War. The comments on Wowhead's page for the item are all from 2019 and 2020 and add nothing on how it stands now. The item binds when picked up.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
