Notes and sources

Alliance characters only. The wiki lists the same mount at the same price from:

Grunda Bronzewing, gryphon keeper in Hellfire Peninsula
Brunn Flamebeard, gryphon keeper in Shadowmoon Valley
Durgan Thunderbeak, gryphon keeper in Borean Tundra
Mei Francis in Dalaran

The wiki also says an Alliance character starting on Exile's Reach is given one by the quest Finding Your Way; that was not checked further. The item asks for level 10 since patch 11.0 (wiki). Coordinates are the wiki's; Wowhead's tooltip has him at about 71.4, 72.4.

Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
