Reward of the bonus objective Korrak's Revenge inside the battleground of the same name, the old Alterac Valley that is only open during WoW's Anniversary. The objective appears on entering the battleground and asks for 200 Timewarped Badges earned there, from its quests and from finishing matches, all on one character. An Alliance character is given the Stormpike Battle Ram and a Horde character the Frostwolf Snarler; learning either teaches both.

Before you go
- 200 Timewarped Badges earned inside Korrak's Revenge on one character, while the event runs: 20 for a win, 10 for a defeat, and 10 for each of the battleground's quests (capturing a tower, a mine and a graveyard, handing in armor scraps, the goblin's supply quest), which come back daily. The battleground is joined from the PvP tab of the Group Finder, from level 10 · about 3 h over 2 days
In all: about 3 h of play, spread over 2 days, starting from nothing.

Notes and sources
The journal and Wowhead's tooltip still name the achievement Alterac Valley of Olde, but the mount now comes from the bonus objective (quest 63953), not from the achievement (wiki: rewarded by Korrak's Revenge since patch 9.2.0, the achievement only from the 15th to the 17th Anniversary; Wowhead comments on this item of 2022, 2024 and 2025).
The objective shows under the quests while inside the battleground and counts only badges earned there on that one character during the running event. Progress was reset on 10 November 2022 when it was added (a 2022 comment). Comments of 2025 tell of earning the achievement at 160 of 200 because the achievement had kept an earlier year's progress, and of the achievement counting every character while the objective wanted 200 more on one. When it is filled the reins are put in the bags, with no hand-in; using them teaches both mounts.
A 2020 comment reckons about 40 badges from the quick quests of one match, and a 2022 one says the goblin's shredder quest could be repeated for 10 badges a time. Players are set to level 60 inside (Wowhead's guide).
It has come back every year: Wowhead's event guide, last updated 2025, has 'Korrak's Revenge PvP Battleground Returning' with the two mounts for the event of 16 November to 7 December 2025, and comments on this item cover 2019 to 2025. The 20th Anniversary ran much longer, 22 October 2024 to 6 January 2025 (wow.gg). The wiki adds of each year 'no guarantees'; no announcement for 2026 had been found when this was written, and the wiki's page for the event (edited 2026) has no 2026 section.
Known faults, from the comments: the objective reaches 200 of 200 and no mount comes; what helped was logging out fully and back in, with addons off, and looking in the bags and the mount list (2022). A player who left the battleground too fast after the last badges got the mount on joining one more match (2024).
Faction: the ram is an Alliance mount in the journal; a Horde character doing the same objective gets the Frostwolf Snarler and the ram with it (wiki; Wowhead comments of 2019). No stop is given: the battleground is queued for from anywhere; the event's own hub is outside the Caverns of Time in Tanaris (Wowhead's guide).
wow.gg's guide (updated 2026) still gives the achievement as the source and no badge amounts; it is linked as the one guide found that is written for this mount. The item is called Stormpike Battle Ram (172022), binds when picked up and asks for level 40 (wiki); Wowhead shows it as attained by 26% of profiles.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
