Notes and sources
Each character can loot her once a day (hidden quest 57344), and only while the Warring Clans assault is up; the Vale's map shows which assault is active. How often that assault comes round could not be established: the Black Empire assault holds either Uldum or the Vale for a whole week and the other zone gets two lesser assaults of three and a half days each (Blizzard Watch, 2020), but no source read says in what order.
She flies an irregular anticlockwise loop. Players wait on the mound at 36.8, 33.8 and reach her from the cliff at 36.9, 36.3 or the pillar at 31.8, 44.1 (Wowhead comments). The coordinates are on the present-day (patch 8.3) map of the Vale, which sits about two points off the Mists of Pandaria one.
After a kill she respawns in 30 to 60 minutes by players' timings on Wowhead (2019-2025), so a visit can mean a wait; the time on the spot is an estimate that includes part of it. About 35 kills are expected at 2.9%.
The prerequisites of the Visions of N'Zoth chain are as the wiki lists them and were not checked in the game; they may have been relaxed since.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
