Notes and sources
A Night Fae character that has done its covenant introduction already has the mount. The journal gives only the covenant and the zone; the source is a quest (wiki, quest 58159). Wowhead's quest tooltip lists the steps of the play: G'huun, Jaina, Azshara and N'Zoth defeated on stage, then the Queen's judgement. Featherlight stands at 40.7, 42.8 (wiki). The time on the spot is an estimate for the play.
The site warcraftmounts.com calls it the eleventh quest of the For Queen and Grove! arc where the wiki's list makes it the seventh; both name the same quest. Wowhead's walkthrough of the Night Fae campaign (last updated 2022) lists the mount among the first chapter's rewards, from What's My Motivation?, and asks no Renown for that chapter; its remarks on weekly Renown limits are of the Shadowlands patches.
The mount is normally usable only by Night Fae members; Renown 80 with the Night Fae makes it usable by every character of the warband (wiki). The Enchanted Dreamlight Runestag is a different mount, from the campaign's last quest.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
