Rare drop from Harika the Horrid in the Banewood, Revendreth. A Venthyr channels the Anima Conductor in Sinfall to Wanecrypt Hill (25 anima a day), picks up a Dredhollow Bolt in Dredhollow (around 43, 77) and hands it to the giant Wingsmash at the ballista for the daily quest Takin' Down the Beast; spoken to again, Wingsmash shoots Harika down. She gives loot once a day. The Venthyr Renown Quartermaster, Chachi the Artiste in Sinfall, also sells the mount for 5,000 Reservoir Anima and 100 Grateful Offerings.
Chance 2.13% once a day, so about 47 tries on average — Wowhead: 1,437 mounts in 67,516 recorded loots of Harika the Horrid

Notes and sources
There is a certain way besides the drop: Chachi the Artiste, Renown Quartermaster in Sinfall (about 54.0, 25.6 on the upper level), sells the mount for 5,000 Reservoir Anima and 100 Grateful Offerings, and only to a Venthyr (Wowhead's sold-by tab; the wiki lists it from Renown 1).
Grateful Offerings come from the Anima Conductor's own daily activities, so the daily kill pays toward the vendor copy as well:
- Harika: 2 a day by Wowhead's guide (3 by the wiki)
- the other tier 1 stream's treasure: 2
- each tier 2 quest: 3
- the tier 3 foe: 3
- covenant callings, once tier 3 is built
On Harika's offerings alone that is 34 to 50 days; wow.gg says 100 takes several weeks. Only one tier 1 stream runs a day until one is reinforced, which takes 10 days of use and makes it permanent.
The drop: about 47 daily kills are expected at 2.13%; wow.gg (updated 2026) puts the chance at 1-2%. The bolt lies at one of several spots (Wowhead's guide):
- 43.23, 77.62
- 42.19, 80.67
- 42.22, 73.57
A 2020 comment reports Wingsmash sometimes standing idle, cured by changing shard. wow.gg's guide calls Wanecrypt Hill 'Darkhaven Hill' and the bolt a 'Dredbat Ballista Projectile'.
Who may loot it: the journal, the wiki and Wowhead commenters say only a Venthyr; Wowhead's guide (2021) says it saw no advantage to being Venthyr, and one downvoted comment claims a Night Fae looted it. Anyone can help with the kill, and the mount is usable by the account's other characters once learned.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
