How to get it

Inside a Horrific Vision (Revisited), click the broken mailboxes: each click has a small chance to spawn the Mail Muncher, which always drops the mount.

Chance 2% per try, so about 50 tries on average — per mailbox click, unofficial (guides say about 2%, the Rarity addon uses 1%); five mailboxes per run
