Notes and sources

Qorra stands in present-day Uldum, the patch 8.3 version of the zone: Zidormi in Ramkahen (56.0, 35.2) switches a character between it and Uldum as it was before the assaults (wiki). Wowhead's guide puts Qorra at 55.1, 32.9; the tooltip's recorded point is 55.0, 32.8.

The journal's price is the list price. A 2022 Wowhead comment says the mount costs 19,200 gold at Exalted, which is the usual 20% reputation discount; Exalted is required anyway, so that is probably what is paid, but it rests on that one report.

Reputation: 3,000 + 6,000 + 12,000 + 21,000 from Neutral to Exalted (Wowhead's faction page). The story quests pay too (The Uldum Accord 350 and Surfacing Threats 500 on the wiki). One zone has the Black Empire assault for a whole week while the other has two lesser assaults (Wowhead's guide); Wowhead's 2020 news list has Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms swapping every week, so Uldum's assaults pay about 1,250 a week on average. The scribes' Contract: Uldum Accord adds 10 reputation for every Battle for Azeroth world quest (Wowhead's guide).

A 2023 comment warns that during an Aqir assault the daily quests do not show until the short chain from Word from Orsis is done.

Shortcut in Battle for Azeroth Timewalking weeks: Churbro in Boralus or Dazar'alor sells the Commendation of the Uldum Accord, 300 reputation for 50 Timewarped Badges, bound to the Warband (wiki; added in patch 11.1.7). 140 of them, 7,000 badges, would cover the whole 42,000 (arithmetic from those two figures).

The time to Exalted given here is the weak figure: it is one player's, with nothing to check it against. Wowhead's guide is a player's guide, last updated in 2021, and gives no time to Exalted.

Blizzard Watch reports (2026) that Battle for Azeroth reputations, the Uldum Accord among them, become Warband-wide when patch 12.1.5 goes live; it gives no date and says how the standings will be merged is not yet known. Until then Exalted is needed on the buying character. The prerequisites of the Visions of N'Zoth chain are as the wiki lists them and were not checked in the game; they may have been relaxed since.
