Notes and sources
Horde only. Drakma, the vendor the journal names, stands on the upper level (the Skyway), reached by flying or the lifts. The wiki lists the same mount for 50 gold at four more Horde wind rider vendors:
- Bana Wildmane in Hellfire Peninsula
- Dama Wildmane in Shadowmoon Valley
- Mei Francis in Dalaran
- Tohfo Skyhoof in Borean Tundra
The wiki's item tooltip reads "Requires Level 25" and its patch notes say Apprentice Riding since 9.0.2; that level figure may be older than the current game.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
