Notes and sources
It is sold by Elwyn, the Renown Quartermaster, for 5,000 Reservoir Anima at Renown 23: Wowhead's page for the item lists her as the seller and shows 'Requires Renown 23', and the wiki's pages for the mount and for Elwyn say the same. The journal and Wowhead's tooltip say only 'Covenant: Night Fae, Zone: Ardenweald'.
Elwyn stands inside the Heart of the Forest, which has its own map: Wowhead's tooltip puts her at about 59.4, 32.6 there, and a 2020 Wowhead comment gives 60.1, 36.0 in the sanctum's coordinates and 46.4, 50.8 in Ardenweald's. The place given above is the sanctum on the Ardenweald map, as for the Autumnal Wilderling from the same vendor.
Covenant renown is per character (Blizzard Watch, 2025: the four covenants' renown was left out when the other Shadowlands reputations became Warband-wide), so the buyer must be a Night Fae at Renown 23. The mount is normally usable only by the Night Fae; Renown 80 with the Night Fae makes it usable by the whole Warband (wiki).
How fast renown comes today was not found: the wiki describes the launch-era pace (two or three a week) and the catch-up sources for characters behind the cap. The confidence is medium for that reason. The three comments on Wowhead's page are of 2020 and 2021. The item binds when picked up.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
