/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
Only a Venthyr can buy it. The wiki says it is normally usable only by Venthyr until the covenant reaches Renown 80 on some character, which opens it to the whole warband (wow.gg dates that to patch 11.0.2). Covenants can be switched freely since patch 9.1.5 (wow.gg).
The journal files it under Drop and names no vendor or cost, and Wowhead's tooltip says only 'Covenant: Venthyr, Zone: Revendreth'. Vendor, price and rank are from the wiki's pages for the mount and for Chachi, and wow.gg agrees.
The coordinates are on Sinfall's own map (Wowhead's NPC tooltip: ten recorded spots between 53.4, 24.4 and 55.6, 27.6) and match those for the Obsidian Gravewing. wow.gg's waypoint, '/way Revendreth 73.0 27.0', does not fit and was not used.
