Each of the four Shadowlands covenants earns this mount through its own sanctum feature; this record follows the Kyrian one, the only one that is both certain and short. Sold by Binkiros in Elysian Hold for 2,500 Reservoir Anima once the character has the achievement Bare Necessities: win a Trial of Wisdom in the Path of Ascension, the Kyrian arena fought as one of the soulbinds, with no soulbind equipment equipped. The other three ways are in the notes: a Necrolord is sold it for 5,000 anima at Exalted with the Stitchmasters, a Night Fae may find it in a Queen's Conservatory Cache, a Venthyr in Hunt-Captain Korayn's tribute chest after an Ember Court.

Guide Wowhead: Path of Ascension - Kyrian Covenant Game - How it Works and How to Unlock Rewards
Before you go
- The Path of Ascension built to its third tier with Haephus in Elysian Hold: First Steps (1,500 Reservoir Anima, 6 Redeemed Souls, 1 hour of research), Sacred Trials (5,000, 12 souls, 12 hours) and Continued Training (10,000, 22 souls, 1 day), 16,500 anima and 40 souls in all. The third tier opens the first Trials of Wisdom · about 8 h over 8 days
- Bare Necessities: after the feature's introduction quests, queue with Artemede, pick a soulbind and a boss at the Soul Mirror, and beat that boss as a Trial of Courage, then of Loyalty, then of Wisdom, the last one with nothing equipped at Paolone, the equipment manager. A boss's higher trials open once it has been beaten on the lower ones and enough other bosses have been beaten · about 3 h
- 2,500 Reservoir Anima for the mount (Shadowlands world quests, callings, raids, Korthia and Zereth Mortis) · about 1 h
In all: about 12 h of play, spread over 8 days, starting from nothing.

Notes and sources
The covenant, the place and the requirements given above are for the Kyrian route only; members of the other covenants have their own, and the mount is account-wide once learned. Wowhead's sold-by list (2026): Binkiros 2,500 and Atticus 5,000, both in Reservoir Anima (currency 1813). The journal files the mount under Vendor and names only the four features.
Kyrian: a 2022 Wowhead comment from a player who tried all four calls this the fastest and surest. That player built the feature to tier 4 (29,000 anima and 80 souls) and found the trial without equipment easiest against Nuuminuuru with Pelagos, killing the faeries with abilities instead of interrupting them with the trident. Binkiros's place is Wowhead's tooltip (NPC 171973: 31.4-31.6, 47.4-47.6 on Elysian Hold's own map).
Tier 3 against tier 4: Wowhead's guide says the third tier opens 'a few Trials of Wisdom' and the fourth the rest, without naming them; the top comment and warcraftmounts.com say rank 3 is enough for this achievement. wow.gg's guide (2026) names a different achievement, The Best There Was, against the wiki, Wowhead's guide, its comments and warcraftmounts.com, and is not linked.
Whether the achievement has to be earned on the character that buys was not established for this mount; a 2021 comment says so for the Silvertip Dredwing, which Binkiros sells on the same terms. How fast Redeemed Souls come today was not checked.
Necrolord: sold by Atticus at the Seat of the Primus for 5,000 anima at Exalted with the Stitchmasters, the reputation of Abominable Stitching. The first rank of that feature is enough; higher ranks earn faster (Wowhead's top comment, warcraftmounts.com).
Night Fae: a chance find in the Queen's Conservatory Cache after growing an Untamed Spirit with four Wildseed Root Grain as catalysts, which takes the wildseed of the conservatory's fifth rank. The Divine Untamed Spirit gives the best chance, the Greater and plain ones a lower one, and no chance was published (players of 2021: one got it with a Greater spirit, one got the three other mounts first and not this).
Venthyr: a chance find in Hunt-Captain Korayn's tribute chest at the end of an Ember Court, by players' reports only once the character is Best Friends with her. Wowhead records these, counts that take in tributes opened before Best Friends:
- 123 mounts in 3,911 of her Extravagant Tributes (3.1%)
- 2 in 193 Substantial ones
- 1 in 99 plain ones
warcraftmounts.com and wow.gg name Lady Moonberry beside Korayn; Wowhead's loot lists only Korayn's chests.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
