Looted from the Cache of the Moon, a treasure behind the faerie Twinklestar at Tirna Vaal in Ardenweald that cannot be seen until she casts Moonsight. She does that for anyone who brings back Twinklestar's Gardening Toolkit: her five lost tools, picked up in the Garden of Night on the other side of the zone and combined by using any one of them.

Notes and sources
Not tied to a covenant: 'Anyone can obtain this mount' (2020 comment). The mount is the fixed content of the Cache of the Moon: every source describes it so, and the wiki lists Nascent Sporepods beside it. Wowhead's loot table for the cache has the mount in 3,219 of 3,573 recorded openings; it is counted as certain, and the missing tenth is taken to be re-openings, which was not established. The journal names only the treasure.
The steps are the same in the wiki's pages for the mount, the cache and Twinklestar, in Wowhead's Ardenweald treasures guide (updated 2020, which puts the cache at 63.9, 37.5 and sends the reader to the comment for the tools) and in the comments on the mount's page. The newest comment that walks the route is of 2025 and gives the same waypoints and Twinklestar at 63.8, 37.6. Nothing from 2026 was found, and nothing suggests it changed.
The tools are there whether or not Twinklestar has been spoken to first (top comment; confirmed in a 2020 comment). The flute lies among four spriggans, which one comment kills first; the creatures in the Garden of Night were level 60 when players below it fetched the tools in 2020 (comments). Moonsight lasts 10 minutes (comments of 2020 and 2025), and she gives it again whenever asked once the toolkit is handed over. The cache shows as a glowing orb behind and above her.
The Garden of Night is south-east of the Root-Home flight point (guide); Tirna Vaal has a flight point of its own. Twinklestar's coordinates are the guide's and the comments' (63.92, 37.54 in the top comment); her Wowhead tooltip was not read. The wiki has the item asking for level 45 and binding when picked up.
