Given to a Kyrian character on reaching Renown 39 with the covenant: the mount item is put in the bags, wherever the Renown was earned. Adjutant Galos, the Kyrian Renown Quartermaster in the Sanctum of Binding in Elysian Hold, also lists it from Renown 39, for 100 Reservoir Anima and 50 Grateful Offerings.

Guide Wowhead: How To Catch Up on Renown in Shadowlands 9.1.5
Before you go
- Kyrian Renown 39. Renown comes a level at a time from the covenant campaign, the two weekly quests (1,000 anima for the sanctum in Replenish the Reservoir, Shaping Fate in Korthia), covenant callings, dungeon and raid bosses, the weekly world boss, Torghast and PvP, up to the cap of 80. An account with a character that has reached Renown 80 can buy the Broker Mark of Distinction from Au'Dara in Oribos for 500 gold, which sets the current covenant's Renown to 60 · about 6 h over 3 days
In all: about 6 h of play, spread over 3 days, starting from nothing.

Notes and sources
Granted on reaching Kyrian Renown 39, by the wiki. Its renown table says of Renown 39 'Mount: Eternal Phalynx of Purity. You will be granted this mount', where the Renown 23 row for the Phalynx of Purity says it becomes available for purchase. The wiki's page for the mount (edited 2025) says it is received as an item on reaching 39 Renown and that a lost one can be bought again from Adjutant Galos; its page for Galos (edited 2024) lists it at Renown 39 for 50 Grateful Offerings and 100 Reservoir Anima. The journal files the mount under Drop and, like Wowhead's tooltip, names only the covenant and the zone.
That is the same arrangement as the other covenants' Renown 39 mounts in this guide, the Armored Plaguerot Tauralus and the Gravestone Battle Gargon, for which Wowhead comments of 2021-2026 report the mount arriving in the bags with no anima spent. These notes mirror them; Wowhead was not consulted for this mount.
The place given above is Galos, in case the mount has to be bought: Wowhead's tooltip has him at 62.4-63.0, 30.2-31.6 on Elysian Hold's map (as read for the Phalynx of Purity), the Sanctum of Binding by the wiki, which is 67.5, 15.0 on Bastion's map.
Not established, as for the Armored Plaguerot Tauralus: what the vendor listing is for when the mount is granted anyway, and whether a character lifted straight to Renown 60 by the Broker Mark of Distinction is handed the Renown 39 mount. wow.gg's page for the Phalynx of Purity puts this mount at Renown 45; the wiki's three pages all say 39.
The time for Renown 39 is the weak figure: since patch 9.1.5 a character behind the cap is paid catch-up levels by callings, the world boss, Torghast, dungeons and battlegrounds (Wowhead's guide), none of them fully reliable, and how quickly Renown comes today was not measured.
A character belongs to one covenant at a time. The mount is normally usable only by Kyrian characters; Renown 80 with the Kyrian makes it usable by every character of the Warband (wiki). The item is unique, binds when picked up and was added in patch 9.0.2 (wiki).
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
