Notes and sources
Horde characters only. The item needs level 10 (wiki). The same vendor sells the other wolves on the same terms.
The journal leaves out the reputation. The wiki has it on the vendor's page, with what he says to anyone who is neither an orc nor Exalted, and on the Orgrimmar faction page. It was not confirmed in the game, and whether a Mag'har orc counts as an orc for him is undocumented. The reputation takes no time on an orc or on a character that is already Exalted.
Coordinates are Wowhead's (61.0-61.6, 33.8-35.6); the wiki gives 61, 35. The wiki puts Nargol at 50.0, 56.0 on his own page and 50.0, 58.4 on the faction's.
