Sold by Binkiros in Elysian Hold for 2,500 Reservoir Anima once the character has the achievement Learning from the Masters: beat Kalisthene and Athanos in a Trial of Wisdom, the third of four difficulties in the Path of Ascension, with each of the three Kyrian soulbinds, Pelagos, Kleia and Mikanikos. That is six wins. The Path of Ascension is the Kyrian arena in Elysian Hold, fought as one of the soulbinds.

After the feature's introduction quests: beat Nuuminuuru, whose reward Ascension Calling: Kleia lets Kleia fight; add Athanos, one of the second tier's bosses, and beat him, whose reward Ascension Calling: Mikanikos lets Mikanikos fight once he is also one of the character's soulbinds; then take Kalisthene and Athanos through the Trial of Courage and the Trial of Loyalty to the Trial of Wisdom, and win that trial against each of them as Pelagos, as Kleia and as Mikanikos · about 5 h

Notes and sources
Bought from Binkiros (NPC 171973) for 2,500 Reservoir Anima (currency 1813) after the achievement Learning from the Masters. Wowhead's sold-by list has Binkiros alone; the wiki's pages for the mount (edited 2025) and for Binkiros agree and name the achievement, as do Wowhead's guide, whose reward table pairs Learning from the Masters with this mount, and the one comment on the item (2021). The journal files the mount under Drop and names only the covenant and the zone.
The wiki's criteria: Kalisthene as Pelagos, as Mikanikos and as Kleia; Athanos as Kleia, as Pelagos and as Mikanikos.
Which tier: Wowhead's guide says the third tier opens 'a few Trials of Wisdom' and the fourth 'the remaining' ones without naming them. The notes for the Sundancer have Kalisthene's Trial of Wisdom at tier 3; a commenter under the guide found Athanos added at tier 2 with only his first trial open there, which points to his Trial of Wisdom coming a tier after hers, so tier 4 is counted here. If tier 3 turns out to be enough, 12,500 anima, 40 souls and a day fall away.
Mikanikos: the guide says he fights only once Ascension Calling: Mikanikos has been won from Athanos and he is unlocked as a soulbind. Where in the Kyrian campaign he becomes one was not looked up, and the campaign is not counted here.
New bosses are added through Ascension Crafting with Dactylis (lures made from reagents that drop from Shadowlands creatures; the guide). A boss's higher trial opens once it has been beaten on the lower ones and enough other bosses have been beaten; how many that takes for these two was not found. Wowhead's guide names a companion with a strategy for each boss (Kalisthene among them), which was not read. The wiki has no page for the Path of Ascension itself.
Whether the achievement has to be earned on the character that buys was not established; a 2021 comment quoted for the Pale Acidmaw says so for the Silvertip Dredwing, which Binkiros sells on the same terms.
The mount is normally usable only by Kyrian characters; Renown 80 with the Kyrian makes it usable by every character of the Warband (wiki). A character belongs to one covenant at a time.
Binkiros's place is the one read for the Pale Acidmaw (Wowhead's tooltip: 31.4-31.6, 47.4-47.6 on Elysian Hold's own map). How fast Redeemed Souls come today was not checked. A 2024 reply on the item's page reports a mount from the Penitence of Purity; that chest gives the plain Phalynx of Humility, not this one. The item binds when picked up.
