Notes and sources
The journal shows the cost only as a number; it is Elemental Overflow. The currency has been Warband-transferable since patch 11.0 (wiki), so Overflow left on any character from Dragonflight counts.
Two faster reports on Wowhead date from the patch's first weeks: 100,000 in under two hours by clearing the War Creche over and over, and 'a little over 24 hours' from nothing. A 2023 reply says rares had dropped to about 550 by then. Whether the amounts changed since was not established.
The mount has two items in the game data (192770 and 204382); the vendor's is 204382.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
