How to get it

Sold by Xydan, the Dragonflight Timewalking vendor in the Bronze Enclave in Valdrakken, for 5,000 Timewarped Badges. He is only there while the Dragonflight Timewalking event is running.

Time there about 2 min a visit

Before you go

5,000 Timewarped Badges, earned in any Timewalking event: 10 per dungeon boss, 20 for the last boss and 10 for finishing, 20 per Timewalking raid boss and 50 for the last, plus 500 from the event's own weekly quest (range 3-20 hours, depending on how many characters hand that quest in) · about 12 h

In all: about 12 h of play, starting from nothing.

Getting there

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.

Notes and sources

The journal's cost of 5,000 is Timewarped Badges (wiki; Wowhead's sold-by list has Xydan, npc 255019, at 5,000 of currency 1166, as of 2026). Badges are earned in any Timewalking event, keep between events and can be moved within the Warband (wiki). The wiki's Timewalking page says finishing a Timewalking dungeon has paid 25 badges since patch 11.1.7; its Timewarped Badge page still says 10.

Xydan and the mount came with Dragonflight Timewalking in patch 12.0.7 (16 June 2026; wiki). The mount is filed under Shadowlands, apparently from the item's id, but it belongs to Dragonflight Timewalking. That the vendor is only out during his own event's week is Method's statement (2026) for all Timewalking vendors; the wiki's pages do not say either way, and how often Dragonflight's week comes round was not found. The wiki gives level 70 as the least for Dragonflight Timewalking and lists quests of the event under Xydan.

Coordinates for Xydan:

the wiki: 81.46, 47.21
a Wowhead comment: 81.45, 47.20
Method: 81.4, 47.3

Wowhead's six comments on the item are jokes about its name and one waypoint. A flying mount; the item binds when picked up and asks for level 10 (wiki).

Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
