Reward of the quest Welcome to the Team, which Zo'turu, the Manaforge Vandals' renown quartermaster at Shadow Point on K'aresh, offers at Renown 8. The quest has no objectives. Renown with the Vandals comes only from the bosses and the four Horrors of the Forge inside the Manaforge Omega raid, whose entrance is beside him.

- K'aresh opened and the Reshii Wraps earned: the Ghosts of K'aresh campaign, whose second quest opens the rift from Foundation Hall in Dornogal to Tazavesh and whose third chapter gives the wraps that the raid asks for at its door · about 3 h

Notes and sources
The faction and quest giver are the same as for The Bone Freezer (Renown 14), and the figures here agree with it. A character starts at Renown 1 after Zo'turu's quest Meet the Vandals (level 80 by the wiki's quest page; Wowhead's quest data asks for level 70). The mount is handed over outside the raid; the raid is named as the instance because every point of renown comes from inside it and Shadow Point is at its door.
During the 11.2 season the renown cap rose one level a week; it has long since reached the top (15). A hotfix of 16 October 2025 'greatly increased' gains for players far behind, which Method saw as doubled boss amounts for anyone three or more levels behind. An account that raided here in that season already holds part or all of the renown.
On the catch-up the sources disagree. Under Wowhead's guide a 2025 comment speaks of at most 5,000 a week, two levels, and another of 2025 says a full clear gives 5,000 and no more, which would make it four weekly clears instead of two. On the boss amounts too: Wowhead's guide gives 450 for each of the first six bosses, Method and the wiki 400; 400 is what adds up to the 5,000 a week both Method and the comments name. Whether Midnight changed any of this could not be established: the one 2026 comment under Wowhead's guide (patch 12.0.1) is about how Renown 15 is displayed.

K'aresh can be flown in from the outset (wiki). Renown 8 also brings the pet Zo'ya and profession recipes from Ba'choso.
The journal files the mount under Shadowlands because the item is an old one: added to the game files in patch 9.1 as the Silver Gearglider and given this source in patch 11.2 (wiki).
