Given to a Kyrian character on reaching Renown 45 with the covenant: the mount is put in the bags with the Renown level itself, wherever that level is earned. No vendor sells it.

Before you go
- Kyrian Renown 45. Once the covenant's first chapter is done, Renown comes a level at a time from the two weekly quests (1,000 anima for the sanctum, Shaping Fate in Korthia and the Maw), covenant callings, the weekly world boss, random dungeons and Raid Finder wings, Mythic dungeons, Castle Nathria's bosses, Torghast, bonus objectives and PvP wins, up to the cap of 80; the covenant campaign pays Renown too but no longer has to be played for it. An account that has had a covenant at Renown 80 can buy the Broker Mark of Distinction from Au'Dara in Oribos for 500 gold, which sets a character's Renown to 60 · about 7 h over 3 days
In all: about 7 h of play, spread over 3 days, starting from nothing.
Getting there
There is nowhere to travel for this one.
Notes and sources
The mount arrives with Renown 45 with the Kyrian, wherever that level is earned, so no place is given. The Kyrian sanctum, where the weekly quests are taken, is Elysian Hold in Bastion. The journal files it under Drop, and its 'Covenant: Kyrian, Zone: Bastion' names no source.
The sources on Renown 45:
- the wiki: the mount is 'received as an item upon reaching 45 Renown with the Kyrian Covenant', and its renown table has 'You will be granted this mount' at Kyrian Renown 45
- Wowhead's Kyrian renown guide (2021) lists 'Mount: Elysian Aquilon' at 45
- Wowhead's item page (2026) shows no seller, only a hidden tracking quest (64138) as the source; its top comments (2021) say 'Reward from Renown 45' and 'Shows up in your inventory after hitting Renown 45'
How fast Renown comes today was not measured. Wowhead's catch-up guide warns that none of the catch-up sources is fully reliable and names the weekly world boss as the most consistent; it dates from patch 9.1.5 and predates Midnight. Under it, a 2021 comment tells of going from 40 to 80 with a new covenant in two weeks on callings, world bosses, Maw assaults, campaign quests and the weekly quests, with no dungeons, and one of 2022 got Renown from every bonus objective while levelling.
Whether the Broker Mark of Distinction, which goes straight past 45, hands the mount over at once was not established: the wiki does not say what happens to the rewards of the levels skipped (the Ardenweald Wilderling's notes have reports of the Night Fae's Renown 45 mount arriving later with a boss's loot). The Mark set Renown to 40 until patch 9.2.5 (wiki), which is why older comments speak of 40.
A character belongs to one covenant at a time. The mount is normally usable only by Kyrian characters; Renown 80 with the Kyrian makes it usable by every character of the Warband (wiki; a 2025 Wowhead comment says the same of all covenant mounts). The item binds when picked up and asks for level 10 (wiki). Added in patch 9.1.0.
The Venthyr, Necrolord and Night Fae twins of this mount are the Sinfall Gravewing, the Maldraxxian Corpsefly and the Ardenweald Wilderling.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
