Notes and sources
The journal shows the cost only as a number; it is Reservoir Anima. By the wiki's page for the mount (edited 2025) it 'can be purchased for 7,500' Reservoir Anima from Su Zettai in the Seat of the Primus at 70 Renown with the Necrolords. Covenant renown is per character (as noted for the Shadeleaf Runestag), so the buyer must be a Necrolord at Renown 70.
The wiki adds that it 'is normally only usable by Necrolord Covenant members' and that reaching Renown 80 with the Necrolords makes it usable by every character of the Warband. Added in patch 9.1.0 (29 June 2021).
The place given is the one worked out for Su Zettai for the Plaguerot Tauralus and the Armored Plaguerot Tauralus: Wowhead's position for her on the Seat of the Primus map, converted to Maldraxxus coordinates with the game's map tables. The wiki gives 52.69, 41.14 on the sanctum's map.
The tooltip stored for this guide (Covenant: Necrolord, Vendor: Su Zettai, Zone: Maldraxxus, Cost: 7500) and the wiki agree. It is one of four mounts the covenants' renown quartermasters sell on these terms; the other three are the Obsidian Gravewing, the Ascendant's Aquilon and the Autumnal Wilderling.
