Notes and sources
One roll per gift, and each gift costs another 10,000 reputation, so there is no lockout, only the time to refill the bar; about 10 gifts are expected at 10.32%. Single reports on Wowhead run from the first gift to the 45th. The gift also holds 3,500 gold and 1,000 Stygia, and sometimes the pet Rook (wiki).
The reputation has been shared across the warband since patch 11.1.5 (wiki), so several characters can feed one bar. A 2025 Wowhead comment has each character do the two Beastwarrens hunts and the Cost of Death every week, and bring Ve'nari the quest item that the rare Ve'rayn in Korthia drops, 1,000 reputation once per character. Played with the weeklies alone the pace is far slower: a 2022 comment counts about 2,000 a week, five weeks a gift.
The wiki's table of amounts dates from the first Shadowlands patch, and its figures for Korthia's rares are from a 2021 comment (80 to 150 each); the Cost of Death figure is from Wowhead comments and an Icy Veins guide seen only as a search excerpt.
The Eye of the Jailer, which used to cap a day's farming in the Maw, stops for a character that has done the quest Focusing the Eye in the Chains of Domination campaign (wiki). Since patch 9.2.5 the Ve'nari at the Refuge is a vestige of her (wiki); the wiki still gives the paragon quest as starting and ending there. It is a ground mount. Flying is not possible in the Maw.
