Rare drop from Malbog in Mauler's Outlook, Korthia. He is called out rather than found: Caretaker Kah-Kay in Keeper's Respite lends her pet Kah-Bear, the purple tracks it shows are followed west to the Fleshy Remains at 44.3, 29.5, and touching the remains brings Malbog. Walking the same track from her spot is reported to work when she is not there.
Chance 2% once a day, so about 50 tries on average — Wowhead: 847 mounts in 42,345 recorded loots of Malbog

Notes and sources
About 50 daily kills are expected. The loot is once a day per character (hidden quest 64233); Malbog himself can be called again 4-6 minutes after a kill, so on a busy day he may already be dead when the track is finished, and the remains have to be waited for.
Kah-Kay's own event (a rare star on her) comes and goes; a forum poster in 2024 thought more than an hour apart. Wowhead comments from 2021 to 2024 say the remains appear without her as long as the exact track is walked (the HandyNotes: Shadowlands addon draws it); that was not confirmed for Midnight.
Malbog's spot is 44.4, 29.5 (Wowhead). warcraftmounts.com spells her Kah-Dee. The Fierce Razorwing's notes also count covenant campaign chapters 1-2 before Korthia; whether they are still required was not rechecked.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
