Reward of the achievement Across the Isles, which is nine others. Six are meta-achievements with a mount of their own: Wake Me Up, Army of the Fed, Centaur of Attention, Flight Club, Closing Time and Into the Storm. Three are single events: Nothing Stops the Research, Through the Ashes and Flames and Dream Shaper. Progress counts for the whole account, and the mount is granted when the ninth completes.

• Into the Storm, first part, Storm Chaser: 200 creatures carrying the buff Elementally Imbued killed in each of the four kinds of Primal Storm (thunder, fire, sand, snow) in each of the four first zones of the Dragon Isles: 16 lots, 3,200 kills. A storm lasts two hours and the next begins an hour after it ends; where it lands and of which kind is random · about 8 h over 4 weeks
• Into the Storm, the rest: Stormed Off (8 of the storm rares; one appears as a storm starts and then every 30 to 50 minutes), Elemental Overload (5,000 Elemental Overflow looted in all) and Storming the Runway (one complete Raging Tempests armor set in its Primal Storm colours, eight pieces and the cloak, 3,150 Elemental Overflow at Mythressa in Valdrakken or in Morqut Village on the Forbidden Reach) · about 2 h
• The three single ones. Nothing Stops the Research: Captain Reykal defeated in a Researchers Under Fire event at the Ruins of Drekazera in Zaralek Cavern (47.4, 58.0), which starts at half past every hour. Through the Ashes and Flames: the weekly quest Suffusion Camp at that week's Fyrakk Assault, in the Ohn'ahran Plains or The Azure Span. Dream Shaper: the weekly quest Shaping the Dreamsurge (100 Dreamsurge Coalescence) from Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem at that week's Dreamsurge camp · about 1.5 h

In all: about 126.5 h of play, spread over 4 weeks, starting from nothing.

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.

A project of months, not a trip. Much of it is taken over from the five parts that give mounts of their own (the Bestowed Ohuna Spotter, Bestowed Trawling Mammoth, Bestowed Thunderspine Packleader, Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard and Bestowed Sandskimmer): their hours are estimates and are only summed here, about 125 hours in all, and their days overlap. True Endgame's guide (2024) says "at least a month at minimum" because of the fishing holes of Army of the Fed, and "much longer" with bad luck.

The place given is Mythressa, because the armor set is bought from her and Valdrakken is the hub of the rest; her place is Wowhead's tooltip.

The estimate is uncertain for three reasons:

• Collapsed Reality, inside Closing Time, needs several players in one Time Rift and few still go; the Bestowed Sandskimmer has the detail, and its 5 players are carried over here.
• Tetrachromancer, inside Centaur of Attention, is pure luck with no time anyone can state.
• Storm Chaser waits on random storms: Wowhead comments of 2024 tell of five days with storms only in The Waking Shores and The Azure Span, of one lot gained in four days, and of two weeks' wait for the last one; True Endgame's writer waited a week and a half for one storm.

The sources disagree on how many storms run at once: Wowhead's guide says one every three hours, True Endgame two zones at a time, and a 2024 comment says Europe had one where the Americas had two. Wowhead's front page (Today in WoW) shows which storm is up. Kills by members of one's group in the same zone count for Storm Chaser (True Endgame), and only creatures with Elementally Imbued count.

Of Mythressa's cloaks only one counts for each armor type (Wowhead's guide):

Into the Storm gives the Coralscale Salamanther. Leftovers' Revenge, inside Army of the Fed, wants the Community Feast's soup at Legendary quality, which rises with what everyone present does; no source gives a number of players, but a 2025 commenter was gathering a raid for it.

Fyrakk Assaults open with the third chapter of the patch 10.1 campaign (True Endgame). Suffusion Camp is done by:

• looting 5 Wards of Igira
• calling an elite at a Suffusion Crucible until 5 Wards of Fyrakk are in hand
• calling and killing the Forgemaster with the Suffusion Mold

Researchers Under Fire runs 10 to 25 minutes by the source and ends with Captain Reykal.

The achievement was added in patch 10.2.6 (March 2024). In the patch's first days the new achievements did not hand their mounts over; commenters had them by mail in the following weeks, and nothing later reports it. A 2025 comment asks whether Across the Isles was still part of A World Awoken; Wowhead's guide (updated 2025) lists it there. Wowhead shows Across the Isles as attained by 25% of profiles and Into the Storm by 30%.
