At Renown 25 with the Dragonscale Expedition, Granpap Whiskers at Dragonscale Basecamp gives the quest 'Skitterfly Riding', whose reward is a free choice of the Tamed or the Azure Skitterfly. He then sells the Tamed Skitterfly for 5 Iridescent Plume, 20 Contoured Fowlfeather and 750 Dragon Isles Supplies.

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The journal shows neither the price nor the quest, which hands one of the two skitterflies over for free: Wowhead lists quest 70821, Skitterfly Riding, with the choice of the two as its reward, and its renown guide says "You will receive one of them for free upon reaching Renown 25, but the other must be purchased". Both cost the same.
wow.gg says the quest has to be taken by the character that reached Renown 25; with the renown counted for the whole Warband that should be any character, which is not confirmed.
Sources disagree on the price:

The feathers are ordinary trade goods. Cataloger Jakes, the Keeper of Renown at the same camp, is listed as selling it at the same price (Wowhead's sold-by list).
The weak figure is the time to Renown 25, an estimate that no source measures. Coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip for Granpap Whiskers (npc 187408). A flying mount (wow.gg); the item binds when picked up. Added in patch 10.0.2 (wiki).
