/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The journal shows the cost only as "5 5 1,000": Mastodon Tusk, Aquatic Maw, Dragon Isles Supplies (Wowhead's renown guide and the wiki agree). It does not mention the quest, which hands one of the two war ottuks over for free; the wiki gives both ways, and Wowhead's renown guide (updated 2023) only the purchase. Whether the quest can be done once per account or once per character is not established.
The wiki also lists Murik, the Keeper of Renown in Iskaara, as a second seller; the journal, Wowhead's tooltip and Wowhead's guide name Tatto alone. Tatto's place is the one given for the Yellow Scouting Ottuk (Wowhead: 13.8, 49.6), and wow.gg has the same.
The renown time is the weak figure: Wowhead's guide calls this one of the slower Dragonflight reputations and gives no time. Other characters of an account that already has the renown earn it faster (Word of a Worthy Ally, in Wowhead's guide), and the notes for the Azure Skitterfly have Dragonflight renown as warband-wide since patch 11.0; that is not confirmed again here.
wow.gg's guide has the quest, the vendor and where the materials come from, but it calls the currency by a wrong name ("Frostfist's Eye" where the game has Dragon Isles Supplies) and names a second vendor no other source has, so it is cited for its times only and not linked. The Yellow War Ottuk is the other choice of the same quest and costs the same; the two scouting ottuks come at Renown 25.
