Notes and sources
The two scouting ottuks are the two choices of one quest and cost the same from the same vendor, so the place, the three requirements and their figures, and both guides are those of the Yellow Scouting Ottuk. The mount's own wiki page (edited 2025) has it as a choice from Our Loyal, Lanky Steeds at Renown 25 and as sold by Tatto or Murik in Iskaara for 2 Mastodon Tusks, 2 Aquatic Maws and 750 Dragon Isles Supplies; Wowhead's tooltip for the item (2026) has Iskaara Tuskarr, Renown 25, Tatto, cost "2 2 750".
The journal shows the cost only as "2 2 750" and does not mention the quest, which hands one of the two scouting ottuks over for free; the wiki gives both ways, and Wowhead's renown guide (updated 2023) only the purchase. Whether the quest's pick is once per account or once per character is not established.
The wiki lists Murik, the Keeper of Renown in Iskaara, as a second seller; the journal and Wowhead's tooltip name Tatto alone. Tatto's place is Wowhead's (13.8, 49.6; it also records him at 13.2, 48.8).
The renown time is the weak figure: two to three weeks is the only one found, and Wowhead's guide calls this one of the slower Dragonflight reputations. Other characters of an account that already has the renown earn it faster (Word of a Worthy Ally at Renown 10 and 20), and the notes for the Azure Skitterfly have Dragonflight renown as warband-wide since patch 11.0; that is not confirmed again here.
The two war ottuks are different mounts, sold at Renown 30. The item binds when picked up and asks for level 10 (wiki).
