/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
Alliance characters only. Torallius sells the Brown, Gray and Purple Elekks (1 gold) and the Great Blue, Great Green and Great Purple Elekks (10 gold) on the same terms, so the one reputation opens all six. The wiki has the mount at level 17 with Apprentice Riding since patch 9.0.1.
The journal leaves out the reputation. The wiki's page for Torallius states it: by default only draenei can buy from him, and other characters must be Exalted with the Exodar. His refusal reads 'I'm not about to trust you with one of my Elekks until you prove your dedication and friendship to our people'. The faction's page, wow.gg (updated 2026) and Wowhead's user guide agree; it was not confirmed in the game.
Whether a Lightforged draenei counts as a draenei for this vendor was not established: none of the sources mentions them. The hours were not measured: the wiki's faction page gives the ways but no amounts, and its Championing table was not checked for the Exodar.
The vendor stands outdoors, so the journal files him under Azuremyst Isle. The coordinates are on the Exodar's city map: the wiki's 81.5, 52.0, which Wowhead's tooltip confirms (81.4-81.6, 51.4-52.6, plus one point at 35.0, 43.4 that is the same spot on Azuremyst Isle's map). wow.gg's waypoint of 63.0, 29.4 on the Exodar map does not match.
Guide: Wowhead's is a user-submitted list (updated 2024) that names this mount, this vendor and the rule, but not how the reputation is earned.
