Sold by Celestine of the Harvest, the Dreamsurge quartermaster, for 1,000 Dreamsurge Coalescence. She stands at the Dreamsurge camp, beside Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem, in whichever of the four first Dragon Isles zones has the Dreamsurge that week: The Waking Shores, Ohn'ahran Plains, The Azure Span or Thaldraszus. The Coalescence is gathered in that zone while the Dreamsurge is there.

Notes and sources
The journal's "Cost: 1,000" is Dreamsurge Coalescence: Wowhead's sold-by list (2026) has Celestine of the Harvest (NPC 210608) at 1,000 of item 207026, and the wiki names it. The Coalescence is an item that binds when picked up (wiki), so it is gathered by the character that buys.
She is only in the zone that has the Dreamsurge that week, at the Dreamsurge symbol on the map (a 2023 Wowhead comment), and the zone changes with the weekly reset, so the place given is one of four. Thaldraszus is put first because it is the zone Valdrakken lies in. The four positions are Wowhead's map pins for her; its tooltip gives only the Ohn'ahran Plains one.
The quest Surging Dreams from Hamuul Runetotem in Valdrakken leads to the camp, and going straight to the symbol works too (Wowhead's guide). The wiki tags the Dreamsurge quests level 70; whether a lower character can gather Coalescence is not established. The weekly quest Shaping the Dreamsurge asks for 100 Coalescence collected (wiki, Wowhead's guide); whether handing it in takes them away is not established (Method's guide reads as if it does).
The time is the weak figure: one comment, from when the event was new. Other 2023 comments mention about 20 a world quest (the wiki says 10) and killing rares between the events.
Not established: that Dreamsurges still run every week in Midnight. No source says they stopped, and the item's tooltip still names the vendor in all four zones, but every source on the event dates from 2023-2024 (Wowhead's guide was last updated in 2023).
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
