Look it up on WowheadHow to get it
A dracthyr racial mount. Treysh, the quartermaster in Morqut Village on the Forbidden Reach, sells it for 40 gold to dracthyr, and to any other character that is Exalted with the Obsidian Warders (Alliance) or the Dark Talons (Horde). Dracthyr can also buy it from Tethalash at Weyrnrest in Valdrakken (25.5, 33.6), and a new dracthyr may take it as the reward of the quest Cavalry Has Its Place in the starting zone.

Notes and sources
The journal gives neither the race nor the reputation. The wiki's pages for the mount and for Treysh both say a non-dracthyr needs Exalted with the Obsidian Warders (Alliance) or the Dark Talons (Horde), and its page for Tethalash says only dracthyr can buy from him in Valdrakken. So the place given is Treysh in Morqut Village; a dracthyr is better served in Valdrakken. The wiki lists the mount as a reward of the dracthyr starting quest Cavalry Has Its Place; wow.gg says the quest offers the Crimson or the Sapphire Vorquin.
The time to Exalted on another race is the weak figure: the wiki's page for the Dark Talons says nothing on how the reputation is earned, and no source gives a total. This guide gives 21 days for the same reputation for the Guardian Vorquin and 35 days for the Sapphire Vorquin, each from the wording of its own wow.gg guide; the 28 here is the top of this guide's three to four weeks. The wiki's page for Hidden Legacies has the skip at Kurazidaia forfeit 1,050 reputation with the Dark Talons or the Obsidian Warders, which the introduction quests pay.
The linked wow.gg guide (updated 2026) is the only one found that describes the reputation, but it misplaces Treysh (in the Waking Shores, at 45.2, 61.2) and has both vendors selling to other races at Exalted, against the wiki.
Coordinates are those given for the other vorquins (Wowhead's for Treysh, NPC 200559, and for Tethalash). The wiki links two Treysh NPCs, 198429 and 200559; the first belongs to the dracthyr starting version of the zone.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
