Notes and sources
Warbeads are handed to Warden Moi'bff Jill in Telaar or Warden Bullrok in Garadar, each a short walk from the quartermaster. The same standing opens the other seven talbuk mounts at these vendors.
The vendors, price and standing are from the journal, Wowhead's tooltip for item 31833 and the wiki's page for the reins. The coordinates, the starting standing and the reputation sums are taken from this guide's other talbuks and were not checked again for this one.
By those, Wowhead's tooltips put the two vendors at Narasu 54.4-54.6, 75.0-75.2 and Nasela 53.4-53.6, 36.8-37.0. Alliance characters start Unfriendly with the Kurenai, and Horde characters are Unfriendly with The Mag'har until the Hellfire Peninsula quest A Spirit Guide makes them Neutral.
The mount has two items, one for each side's vendor (31833 and 31834), and teaches one mount. It asks for level 17 and Apprentice Riding since patch 9.0.1 and binds when picked up (wiki). The grind's speed in the current game was not verified, only the figures for each kill.
