Reward of Dragon Keeping, the last of the nine quests of Misfit Dragons, a side story of the Guardians of the Dream campaign. Wrathion starts it at the Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream with A Dragon in Hand is Worth Two in the Roost; it goes on in Valdrakken and Thaldraszus and ends in Stormheim, where Vyranoth opens the scenario Storming the Halls of Valor.

Notes and sources
The drake was first the Trading Post's reward for filling the Traveler's Log in July 2023; patch 10.2 (November 2023) made it the reward of this quest and let it be customised at the Rostrum of Transformation (wiki). Wowhead's tooltip also carries 'Trading Post cost: 800 Trader's Tender', so it has been sold there as well; that depends on the month's stock and is not the route described. The wiki's campaign page words the reward as being for players who did not get the drake from the Trading Post.
What opens the side story was not settled: the quest pages show only level 10; the wiki says most of the campaign's side stories open after its third chapter (which ends with Tactical Withdrawal) without saying so for this one; in November 2023 it was simply held back to the patch's second week. A 2024 commenter names nothing beyond reaching the Emerald Dream.
The quests in between: Draconic Diplomacy leads to Prince Mordenaku of the Netherwing at the Petitioner's Concourse in Valdrakken and ends with Wrathion at 33.7, 62.1 in Thaldraszus; the wiki and Wowhead order the middle quests slightly differently, so some are probably given together. The last two are Vyranoth's, at 51.1, 83.9 in Stormheim; a 2024 comment says the portal to Stormheim stands inside the Roasted Ram inn in Valdrakken and that 'Speak with Vyranoth' means the Vyranoth on the far side of it.
The scenario has four stages (Hymdall, Eyir, the bridge, Odyn) and by a 2023 comment takes about five minutes. With Exalted standing among the Netherwing the first quest has a line of its own; it changes nothing else. The quest also gives the Pact of the Netherwing and a Plump Dreamseed.
The time on the spot is only the pick-up at Wrathion; the hour the chain takes is counted with the steps.
