- Exalted with the Sha'tari Skyguard: 42,000 reputation from Neutral. It starts with Threat From Above from Yuula, beside the flight master in Shattrath (250), which leads to Blackwind Landing. From there: the arakkoa of Skettis (5 to 30 a kill by the wiki's table), the four bosses called up for Adversarial Blood (100 each) and Terokk (500), the quests of the Terokk's Downfall chain (1,000 for the last), the repeatable World of Shadows (150 for 6 Shadow Dust), and the dailies Fires over Skettis (350) and Escape from Skettis (150). The Skyguard Outpost in the Blade's Edge Mountains adds the dailies Bomb Them Again! (500) and Wrangle More Aether Rays! (350) · about 6 h

Notes and sources
Grella sells all five riding nether rays at Exalted: blue, green, purple, red and silver, so the one reputation opens all five. Skettis is reached by air.
Grella's coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip, as given for the Blue Riding Nether Ray; wow.gg's waypoint for her is the same 64.2, 66.2, and the wiki gives none.
Price: the journal, Wowhead's tooltip and the wiki's page for the mount have 200 gold. The wiki's faction page has 160 and explains it as the 20% discount at Exalted, in place since patch 2.3; wow.gg gives both figures. Which of the two a buyer pays today was not confirmed in the game.
The hours are the weak figure and are borrowed from the Blue and Green Riding Nether Rays. With the dailies alone the wiki counts at least 37 days from Friendly (wow.gg: about 30 days at up to 1,350 a day). The wiki's standings:

The Time-Lost arakkoa and the Talonpriests are only visible under an Elixir of Shadows (6 Shadow Dust). The two Blade's Edge dailies need the Ogri'la quests The Crystals and Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger first (wiki).
The wiki's faction page still speaks of Expert and Artisan riding, which predates patch 9.0; its page for the mount says level 27 and Apprentice Riding since then. Whether the standing is shared across the Warband was not established.
Guide: wow.gg's page for this mount (updated 2026, though it still calls 80 the level cap) walks through Yuula's opening quests and the Skettis round of Shadow Dust, Time-Lost Scrolls, the four bosses and Terokk. No Wowhead guide to this reputation was found, and Wowhead's page for the mount was not read.
