Reward of the quest Time to Fly, which a Horde character of level 30 or higher is given automatically on arriving in Zuldazar. It is handed in to Beast Handler Kalatak, the stable master outside the Royal Armory in Dazar'alor.

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
Added in patch 10.1.5 (July 2023) together with free riding skill. The Alliance's Time to Fly ends with Leila Stafford in Boralus and gives the Harbor Gryphon instead. The quest text calls him 'Beast Master Kalatak'; Wowhead's NPC tooltip and the wiki give the same coordinates.
A level 70 character had the quest a few seconds after arriving in Zuldazar from Valdrakken (2023 Wowhead comment). Two reports of trouble, both from 2023: a level 37 character was not offered the quest although Kalatak was there, and another player got it only after logging out and in again. No newer report on the quest was found; the wiki lists it for levels 30-90, so it scales to the present cap.
