Sold by Provisioner Qorra, the Azq'roth vendor among the Time Rift vendors at the Tyrhold Reservoir, for 3,000 Paracausal Flakes. The flakes come from Time Rifts, the event that starts there at the top of every hour. The same item, Sulfur Hound's Leash, can also turn up in the rifts' reward chests.
Time there about 2 min a visit
Guide wow.gg: Sulfur Hound
Before you go
- 3,000 Paracausal Flakes: about 350-500 from a completed Time Rift (2 for each ordinary enemy, more for each task, 150 for the boss, and the reward boxes at 2,500, 5,000 and 7,500 points), and 1,000 from the Paracausal Cluster of the weekly quest When Time Needs Mending. A rift starts every hour: nine minutes of tasks, then the boss · about 2 h over 1 days
In all: about 2 h of play, spread over 1 days, starting from nothing.

- Take the portal from Orgrimmar to Valdrakken*
- Fly the rest of the way
/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The journal's "Cost: 3,000" is Paracausal Flakes: Wowhead's sold-by list shows Provisioner Qorra at 3,000 of currency 2594. The coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip for Qorra (208347). The other Time Rift mounts cost 3,000 flakes each at the neighbouring vendors. The leash binds to the Warband, so any character can buy it; whether the flakes can be moved between characters was not established.
Rifts are joined at Soridormi (51.1, 57.1), and each brings two of seven timelines, which does not matter for buying. The wiki lists eight vendors standing near her, Qorra for Azq'roth, but does not say outright that they are there between rifts. wow.gg asks for level 60 and the introductory quests of Thaldraszus; that is not confirmed.
The journal files the mount under Achievement; it is a vendor item that can also drop. The drop is not the route given because its chance is tiny and mostly unpublished: Wowhead recorded 5 leashes in 1,636 Greater Paracausal Chests (0.31%; the chest is the reward of the quest Realized Potential), 2023 comments report it from the Box of Collapsed Reality and at the end of a rift, and wow.gg says the chest at 7,500 points can hold any of the event's mounts.
The flakes a rift pays are the weak figure: no measured count was found. A Prima Games article seen only as a search excerpt puts the three boxes at 50, 75 and 100 and the boss at 150, and how far the point thresholds are reached when few players take part was not established. Flakes also come from the dungeon Dawn of the Infinite (2023 Wowhead comment) and, by wow.gg, from Chromie's dailies at about 70 each.
