- Exalted with the Sha'tari Skyguard: 42,000 reputation from Neutral. Threat From Above from Yuula, beside the flight master in Shattrath, leads to Blackwind Landing (Wowhead's guide says the lead-in is no longer required). From there: the quests of the Terokk's Downfall chain, the arakkoa of Skettis (5 to 30 a kill by the wiki's table), the four bosses called up with Time-Lost Scrolls (100 each, 350 more for Adversarial Blood) and Terokk (500), the repeatable World of Shadows (150 for 6 Shadow Dust), and the dailies Fires Over Skettis (350) and Escape from Skettis (150). The Skyguard Outpost in the Blade's Edge Mountains adds the dailies Bomb Them Again! (500) and Wrangle More Aether Rays! (350) · about 6 h

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
Grella sells all five riding nether rays at Exalted: blue, green, purple, red and silver; one climb through the reputation serves all five. Skettis is reached by air.
Price: the journal, Wowhead's tooltip and the wiki's page for the mount have 200 gold. The wiki's vendor table has 160 and explains it as the 20% discount at Exalted, in place since patch 2.3. Which of the two a buyer pays today was not confirmed in the game.
The hours are the weak figure, and the sources are far apart:

Wowhead's guide (user-submitted, by thenixie, updated 2019) gives the quick way at the level cap:
- skip the lead-in quests and the dailies
- take the quests at Blackwind Landing
- finish the Terokk's Downfall chain
- kill arakkoa for Shadow Dust and Time-Lost Scrolls
- call up the 100-point bosses and summon Terokk for 500, over and over
The guide gives Threat From Above as 250 reputation and To Skettis! as 10. wow.gg gives 250 each for the two Skettis dailies, where the wiki has 350 and 150.
The wiki's standings:
- 3,000 to Friendly
- 6,000 to Honored
- 12,000 to Revered
- 21,000 to Exalted
The Time-Lost arakkoa are only visible under an Elixir of Shadows (wiki). The two Blade's Edge dailies need the Ogri'la quests The Crystals and Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger first (wiki).
The wiki's faction page still speaks of Artisan riding; its page for the mount says Apprentice Riding and level 27 since patch 9.0. Whether the standing is shared across the Warband was not established.
Grella's coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip, as given for the Blue Riding Nether Ray, and wow.gg gives the same; the wiki gives none. Wowhead's page for the item was not read, as the tooltip and the wiki agree.
