- Five other players for Whelp, I'm Lost and Haven't We Done This Before?: a player can rescue only one of the 6 Lost Whelps on Tindral Sageswift, and the Dreaming Quintessence picked up at the pool by the raid's entrance douses one of Smolderon's 6 Runes of the Firelord and is then gone, so six players each take one

Raid Finder does not count. A missed one can be repeated on another difficulty or after the weekly reset, and progress is kept between visits. The time on the spot is an estimate for one full clear doing every achievement. The wiki says the Valdrakken portal opens after two chapters of the Guardians of the Dream campaign; the Ancient Bough way in needs nothing.
The guides call for six players. Exactly six whelps have to be rescued: a group that collected eight did not get the achievement, and a rescuer who dies loses the whelp (2023 Wowhead comments). True Endgame also sends six players for the wisps of Memories of Teldrassil and has five sleep for A Dream Within a Dream; whether those two take that many was not established.
Wowhead has no walkthrough of this achievement: its Amirdrassil Collectable Rewards guide (updated 2024) only repeats the nine achievement texts, and what it has are comments on the achievement pages (2023 to 2026), those on the Glory page being linked second. True Endgame's guide (updated 2024) goes through all nine. wow.gg's guide to this mount is left out: it misnames things and says nothing of the six players.
