How to get it

Sold by Talisa Whisperbloom, the Dreamseed Botanist at the Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream, for 1 Seedbloom once the Dream Wardens are at Renown 18. A Seedbloom is the reward of her weekly quest Blooming Dreamseeds: plant three dreamseeds at Emerald Bounties.

Time there about 2 min a visit

Notes and sources

The journal's and the tooltip's "Cost: 1" is one Seedbloom, an item (211376) that binds when picked up, so the character that did the weekly quest is the one that buys. The wiki's page for the mount names Sylvia Whisperbloom beside Talisa as the seller; the journal, Wowhead's tooltip and the 2026 guide all say Talisa, and Wowhead puts her at 49.8, 62.0.

Talisa sells five more mounts for a Seedbloom each at the same rank, so six weeks of the quest buy them all:

  • Blossoming Dreamstag
  • Rekindled Dreamstag
  • Morning Flourish Dreamsaber
  • Snowfluff Dreamtalon
  • Springtide Dreamtalon

The same reins can also come out of a Gigantic Dreamy Bounty or its Dreamseed Cache (wiki; no chance published); the Seedbloom is the sure way and the one described here.

Dream Wardens renown has been a Warband reputation since patch 11.0 (wiki). The wiki still lists the older bonuses for a second character (double reputation below rank 10 once one character is at Renown 10, more at 20), and what is left of those was not established.

The time to Renown 18 is the weak figure: the guide's own totals do not agree with each other (4-5 weeks of active play in one place, 8-10 weeks on weekly quests alone in another), and how much reputation a rank takes was found only there. Not established: whether a character that reaches the Dream today starts the campaign with any reputation boost.

Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
