Sold by Elianna, the Dream Infuser at the Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream, for 1 Dream Infusion. She only offers it to a collection that already holds another dreamstag mount. A Dream Infusion is what she hands over each time her Dream Energy bar is full: 7,000 points, earned by activities in the Emerald Dream, at most one infusion a day.

Notes and sources
The journal's and the tooltip's "Cost: 1" is one Dream Infusion: Wowhead's sold-by list shows Elianna (npc 211209, Dream Infuser) alone, at 1 of currency 2777, and the wiki names it. Her coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip for her, as for Talont.
The dreamstag rule: the item reads 'You must have a Dreamstag mount in your collection to be able to infuse a new one with dream energy', and the wiki says it is sold 'after obtaining any other dreamstag mount'. Which ones count:
- Wowhead's Emerald Dream guide (published 2023, last changed 2024) lists four items by id, hedged as 'Likely requires one of the following mounts'
- the best-rated comment on the item (2023, +30) names the same four: items 209947, 209949, 209950 and 209951, whose tooltips are the reins of the Blossoming, the Suntouched, the Rekindled and the Lunar Dreamstag
- the wiki's dreamstag page (edited 2026) lists those four beside Stargrazer and no other mount
2023 replies add that Lasara's two ask for Renown 17 and Talisa's two for Renown 18, and that the Blossoming and the Rekindled also came out of dreamseed caches ('purple seeds'). So the mount in practice asks for Renown 17 or 18, or a lucky cache, well beyond the Renown 5 that opens the infusions.
One Dream Infusion buys one of Elianna's mounts, so Stargrazer, Mammyth, Talont, Delugen, Salatrancer and Imagiwing each take an infusion of their own. The time for 7,000 Dream Energy is the weak figure: with the campaign and side quests still to do it comes quickly; afterwards it rests on the weekly quests, Superblooms and world quests.
Not established, as for Delugen, Talont, Mammyth and Salatrancer: whether Dream Energy is shared between characters and whether Emerald Reawakening has to be done on each character. Wowhead comments noted for Delugen say only one infusion can be held at a time and that energy earned while a full bar waits is lost.
A ground mount (wiki; 2024 comments complain it does not fly); Wowhead's tooltip shows Apprentice Riding and the wiki level 10; the item binds when picked up; added in patch 10.2.0.
wow.gg has a page for this mount (updated 2026) but it is not linked:
- it calls the vendor Elurahn and the dreamstags by names the game does not use
- it says Dream Energy and renown are kept by each character separately (the wiki has Dream Wardens renown as a Warband reputation since patch 11.0, as noted for Delugen)
- it says Renown 18 hands over a free Dream Infusion, which nothing else confirms
wow.gg's coordinates for the vendor are the same (50.2, 61.8). Wowhead's guide dates from Dragonflight and has not been revised since; the seven comments on the item are from 2023 to 2024, and nothing written since Midnight was found.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
