Reward of Beginning a New Dawn, the next to last quest of the Gilneas Reclamation story added in patch 10.2.5. The story opens with To Gilneas, which Genn Greymane gives Alliance characters at the north end of Stormwind Harbor and Calia Menethil gives Horde characters in Pyrewood Village in Silverpine Forest; it carries the character to Keel Harbor, and seven more steps in and around Gilneas City lead to Genn Greymane in the city, who hands over the reins.

Notes and sources
The place given is where the story starts, not where the mount is handed over: To Gilneas takes the character from there to Keel Harbor, and the whole story is played in one go, which is what the time on the spot counts (an estimate; a search excerpt of Wowhead's storyline page counts 13 quests and 2 cutscenes). The hand-in is Genn Greymane in Gilneas City, Ruins of Gilneas 58.9, 47.9 (wiki).
The steps after To Gilneas, by the wiki: A Crusade of Red and Aderic's Retort, Knee-High, Smokepowder and Mirrors and Scarlet Blood, Hounds of War, Artillerist Arsonist and Crushing the Crusade, Righteous Fire, Righteous Fury, then Beginning a New Dawn.
The breadcrumb quests from Valdrakken (Summons to Lord Greymane, Clandestine Movements) are optional, and a Wowhead comment seen through a search excerpt says the breadcrumb giver is gone as of the Midnight pre-patch and the story is started straight from Greymane by the harbor's cannons. A 2024 Wowhead comment found the Horde start with Calia Menethil in the Pyrewood town hall at 44, 73; the coordinates given are the wiki's for Lilian Voss beside her. Nothing was found on whether Midnight's changes to Gilneas City moved any of the quest givers.
Still earned in 2026: a 2026 Wowhead reply reports the mount received (it had been hidden by a journal filter); a 2026 comment asks whether it is gone, without detail. The mount has no faction restriction. The same quest gives the Gilnean Noble's Suit.
Guides: Wowhead's guide to the quest line (updated 2024) gives the requirement (level 70) and the quest order, the same as above, and otherwise retells the story; it never mentions the mount. True Endgame's guide (2024) is written for the mount and goes through each step. Both start from the Valdrakken breadcrumb quests, which are optional and may be gone (see above), and both predate Midnight.
