No longer obtainable

Sold only during the limited-time event WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria, for 4,400 Bronze, by Hemet Nesingwary XVII at the Infinite Bazaar. The event ran from 16 May 2024 into August 2024 (the wiki's event page gives 19 August in its infobox and 20 August in its text); the vendor and the Bronze went with it. The wiki's page for the mount, last edited in February 2026, names no other source, Wowhead's tooltip gives only "World Event: WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria", and the wiki says only that the event was meant, as of August 2024, to return at some point: no return has been announced.
