line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
Bought for Resonance Crystals (wiki, Method) at Renown 23, from the same vendor as the Shale Ramolith. The journal shows the cost only as a number and leaves out the renown. Renown 23 is given by the wiki's page for the mount and by Method; Wowhead's sold-by list was not read.
The vendor's place: Method gives 39.2, 24.2, as does Wowhead's tooltip as quoted for the Shale Ramolith, which has a second point at 39.4, 24.6, a few steps away.
Much here follows the Shale Ramolith, the same vendor's mount at Renown 18: the place, the prerequisite and the way the hours are reckoned. The reputation total is 55,000 if the first rank is free (22 ranks at 2,500) and 57,500 if it is not; the Shale Ramolith leaves the same question open.
How many crystals the ranks themselves pay up to 23 was not found: the Shale Ramolith's notes have 2,750 for ranks 3 to 18 from wow.gg, and a search summary of wow.gg adds 1,000 at rank 20. Method also names the Contract: Council of Dornogal, an Inscription item that adds reputation to world quests while it is active. Whether renown gains were raised after Midnight launched was not checked.
No wow.gg guide for this mount was found. A flying mount; the item binds when picked up and asks for level 30 (wiki).
