Sold by Yamas the Provider and by Bobbin, the Eye of the Weaver, at the Weaver's Lair in Azj-Kahet for 2,020 Kej, once the account stands at Conspirator with the Weaver, one of the three patrons of the Severed Threads. Standing with the Weaver is earned in the weeks when the pact is made with her.

Notes and sources
Bought for 2,020 Kej at Conspirator with the Weaver. The journal's 2,020 is Kej (Wowhead's sold-by list, 2026, has both sellers at 2,020 of currency 3056), and it leaves out the rank. Wowhead's guide (2024), Warcraft Tavern, the wiki (2026) and a 2024 Wowhead comment all put the mount at Conspirator.
Sellers: the journal, the wiki and Wowhead list Yamas the Provider and Bobbin, a few steps apart. By Wowhead's tooltips Bobbin stands at 56.4, 43.2 (Warcraft Tavern: a small spider on a table in the lower level of the Weaver's Lair, same figures) and Yamas at 55.2-55.4, 41.4-41.6 (as read for the Heritage Undercrawler). The place given is Yamas, as for the two sister mounts.
Wowhead's guide says the pact mounts are bought from the Severed Threads quartermaster. The 2024 Wowhead comment says this one is unlocked with one creature and then bought from Lady Vinazian (it gives their numbers, 226134 and 223750), and a reply names Yamas the Provider, who sells all three.
The Weaver's named ranks, in order: Acquaintance, Crony, Accomplice, Collaborator, Accessory, Abettor, Conspirator, Mastermind (Warcraft Tavern; Wowhead's guide uses the same names, and was read in full for the General's eight). Wowhead's guide speaks of nine ranks for each patron while listing eight, so whether Conspirator takes six or seven rank-ups (15,000 or 17,500 reputation) was not settled, as for the sister mounts.
A pact is made once a week with one patron and holds for the whole Warband until the weekly reset (Wowhead's guide), so standing with the Weaver grows only in her weeks. The two sister mounts, the Heritage Undercrawler from the General and the Royal Court Undercrawler from the Vizier, cannot be worked on in the same weeks: the three together take about three times the weeks.
Not found: how much reputation an Azj-Kahet world quest, rare or rumour gives the pacted patron for the Weaver (the Royal Court Undercrawler's notes have 150 for a rare, once for the account, from wow.gg), and whether anything about pacts changed with Midnight.
The weekly quest: Warcraft Tavern has it picked up from Y'tekhi at the Weaver's Lair (57.6, 46.8) once the pact is made; the wiki has it from Lady Vinazian, who takes Y'tekhi's place after the campaign, and gives its level as 80. Besides the weekly, the Weaver's own quest lines open at Accomplice (The Weaver's Request) and Abettor (Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spider, then Wine and Die and The Weaver's Legacy, 500 Kej).
A ground mount; it needs level 10 (wiki). Standing with the Weaver is a reputation of its own (Wowhead's faction 2601), but its ranks are not the usual Friendly to Exalted, so the requirement is not shown as a reputation, as for the sister mounts. No wow.gg guide was found for this mount, though it has pages for the two sisters.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
