Sold by Yamas the Provider and by Tulumun, the Vizier's assistant, at the Weaver's Lair in Azj-Kahet for 2,020 Kej, once the account stands at Conspirator with the Vizier, one of the three patrons of the Severed Threads. Standing with the Vizier is earned in the weeks when the pact is made with him.

Notes and sources

Bought for 2,020 Kej at Conspirator with the Vizier. The journal's 2,020 is Kej (Wowhead's sold-by list, 2026, has both sellers at 2,020 of currency 3056), and it leaves out the rank. Wowhead's guide (2024), Warcraft Tavern, the wiki and a 2024 Wowhead comment all put the mount at Conspirator.

Sellers: the journal, the wiki and Wowhead list Yamas the Provider and Tulumun, a few steps apart. By Wowhead's tooltips Yamas stands at 55.2-55.4, 41.4-41.6 and Tulumun at 56.2, 42.2 (Warcraft Tavern: 56.2, 42.3, on the lower level of the Weaver's Lair). The place given is Yamas, as for the Heritage Undercrawler. Warcraft Tavern's page names the quartermaster Anub'okki, who is the General's man, and Wowhead's guide says the Severed Threads quartermaster, which a 2024 comment on it corrects to Yamas the Provider.

The 2024 Wowhead comment adds that the mount has to be unlocked with one creature before it can be bought from a second (it gives only their numbers, 217470 and 223750, which were not looked up). That may be the rank's unlock in the pact's reward tree that Tulumun shows; this was not confirmed.

The pact is made with Lady Vinazian at the Weaver's Lair (Y'tekhi before the end of the campaign; 55.3, 41.2 by the wiki). Of Pacts and Patrons follows the quest Pacts Below and is given at 55.6, 43.9. A pact is made once a week with one patron and holds for the whole Warband until the weekly reset (Wowhead's guide), so standing with the Vizier grows only in his weeks, and the two sister mounts (the Heritage Undercrawler from the General, the Widow's Undercrawler from the Weaver) cannot be worked on in the same weeks.

The Vizier's named ranks, in order: Acquaintance, Crony, Accomplice, Collaborator, Accessory, Abettor, Conspirator, Mastermind (Wowhead and Warcraft Tavern agree). wow.gg (2026) calls the rank 'Schemer' and the eighth of nine, and Wowhead's guide also speaks of nine ranks while listing eight, so whether Conspirator takes six or seven rank-ups (15,000 or 17,500 reputation) was not settled. Besides the weekly quest, the Vizier's own quest lines open at Accomplice (The Vizier's Entreaty) and Abettor (The Vizier's Resolve).

By wow.gg a rare gives 150 reputation once for the account and a treasure 150. Not found: how much an Azj-Kahet world quest gives the pacted patron, and whether anything about pacts changed with Midnight.

The mount needs level 10 (wiki). Standing with the Vizier is a reputation of its own (Wowhead's faction 2607), but its ranks are not the usual Friendly to Exalted, so the requirement is not shown as a reputation, as for the Heritage Undercrawler.
