Notes and sources
Sold by Auralia Steelstrike (NPC 213145) for 11,375 Resonance Crystals (currency 2815) at Renown 23 with the Hallowfall Arathi, by Wowhead's sold-by list (2026). The journal shows the cost only as a number and leaves out the renown.
One thing to know before the weeks of renown: a 2025 Wowhead comment from a player at Renown 24 says the mount would not be learned, with no error shown; a reply the same month had the same, and one of 2026 says the vendor did not even show it. Nobody answered them and no fix was found, so whether this hits everyone or a few accounts is not known; confidence is medium for that and for the time.
The vendor's place: Wowhead's tooltip has two points, 41.2, 53.0 and 42.4, 55.0, and the wiki lists both; the Wowhead comment and wow.gg (41.3, 53.1) give the first, used here. The same vendor sells the Vermillion Imperial Lynx at Renown 21 for 8,125.
The renown: Wowhead's tooltip for the item carries two lines, 'Requires Renown Rank 21' and 'Requires Renown Rank 23 with the Hallowfall Arathi'. Wowhead's renown guide (reward The Light Binds Us All), the wiki's pages for the mount and the faction, wow.gg and a 2024 Wowhead comment all say 23. The wiki's page for the vendor lists the mount in a table whose rank column could not be read with certainty (it looked like 19); the four other sources settle it.
The reputation total is 55,000 if the first rank is free and 57,500 on wow.gg's count (23 ranks at 2,500); which is right was not settled. Per-activity amounts were not found, so the hours to Renown 23 are the weak figure. A Contract: Hallowfall Arathi from Inscription (its recipe is a rank 4 reward) adds reputation to Khaz Algar world quests, 15 a quest by the Crimson Mudnose's notes. Whether renown gains were raised after Midnight launched was not checked.
An older fault, the Vermillion Imperial Lynx vanishing from the vendor after this mount was bought, was fixed on 2 October 2024 (wiki, Blizzard's hotfix notes).
Wowhead's renown guide dates from 2024, and the first Resonance Crystals in its list, the 250 at rank 4, are named there as coming from Waxmonger Squick in Mereldar, which looks like a slip for Auralia.
