Notes and sources

The journal shows the cost only as a number; it is Resonance Crystals (Wowhead's sold-by list, 2026: currency 2815; wiki).

The vendor's place: Wowhead's tooltip for Waxmonger Squick (NPC 221390) has two points a short ride apart, 43.2, 32.8 and 47.2, 32.8. The wiki gives the first; a 2024 Wowhead comment (47.4, 32.8) and wow.gg (47.3, 32.9) give the second, which is the one used here.

Renown with the Assembly of the Deeps is shared by the Warband. The reputation total is 45,000 if the first rank is free (18 ranks at 2,500) and 47,500 on wow.gg's count; which is right was not settled. Per-activity reputation amounts were not found beyond the rares, so the hours to Renown 19 are the weak figure. An inscription contract adds 15 reputation per Khaz Algar world quest for a week (Warcraft Tavern). Whether renown gains were raised after Midnight launched was not checked.
